You can proceed to your subscription page where you can view all of your active subscriptions, this is where you can click the 3 dots (...) and click “manage subscription”. This is where you can update your credit card info.
If your payment fails, the subscription status will change to "past due" and Stripe will attempt to recover the payment. If the payment recovery is unsuccessful, your subscription will be moved to "canceled”.

No - There are no tiers / plan changes that allow for a prorated discount at the current moment.
Promo Codes can be applied on the Terms of subscription use, agreement to establishments terms and pre payment / credit card info page. If you are inputting your credit card info, you will need to go back to add the discount code.
Establishments are in charge of the price and interval of the subscription hence that is a creative choice by the establishment and can not be changed on your end.
