Once you have host access, the prerequisites to posting a deal is connecting your bank account and proper information to our payment processing service stripe, and posting at least 1 location before you can begin to post a deal itself. As deals are location specific, you can edit the locations but other items in the deal can not be edited after you have posted it such as the benefits and terms.
We encourage hosts of deals to compare what other competitors are offering so that the deal is enticing. A host account has full access to be a standard user who can view and search other deals.
Benefits are specific to what your deal will add in value to the subscriber such as happy hour menu access 24/7 and 50% drinks on your birthday. While Terms & Conditions are specific to the more legalese such as sharing your discount with a +1 guest, black out periods, and restrictions that will protect your business.
This is depending on your reputation and how you engage with your customers. A personalized and smart campaign frequently should be encouraged while copy and paste and less thoughtful campaigns should be less encouraged. A great example is a campaign that adds value and recommends a free +1 guest for the next 1 week are thoughtful email campaigns.
To promote the deal not changing, after you post your deal you can not change much, the things that can be edited after the deal are Title, Description, and locations, while price, terms and benefits are not editable as we want to hold restaurants accountable to not changing what a guest as committed to subscribe too. We encourage that you post a secondary deal or grandfather your current deal and repost a new deal if you want to overhaul your deal benefits.
Deals can indeed be closed, grandfathered pricing or made private and all can be reversed after.
Payouts are processed by our payment processing service Stripe. For the first payout you should assume 7-14 business days, after that your payouts will continually shorten closer to the 5-7 days.
Currently all email campaigns come from noreply@endlesshour.com, while the subject and content can be changed, the rest can not be. But please stay tuned as we do have plans for you to connect your own business email instead.
As a host, we offer pricing currently through a commission based model which is discussed with the host before joining. Subscription plans for hosts with different tiers are coming soon.
You will be required to connect your banking and incorporation info with our payment processor stripe, after that you will be able to post deals once you have at least one location posted.
Business license, tax ID, address, logo on your restaurants profile page, menu or drink list (are strongly recommended), and bank details for payouts.
Your establishments public profile is found under the same drop down for settings, which can be accessed by clicking “Restaurant Profile” and editing directly on the expanded profile page.
Subscriber activity can be tracked in analytics tab through settings or also on the landing deal management page where you can see the current price and total number of subscribers visible.

You can deactivate your deals by closing them all, and when you are ready you can make your deals live again.
Through your Terms & Conditions you can set any blackout dates, times and custom conditions that you want to communicate to your subscribers. Transparency and clear deals communicated well is our goal at Endless Hour.
Currently if you have issues with one specific subscriber we would love for you to bring the issue to your sales representative who will do his best to mitigate this issue. If needed we will step in and revoke access manually on our side.
Through placing specific restrictions through our public Terms & Conditions that subscribers have to agree to before subscribing, you can set any limitation needed. That being said these are not enforced by our software are the current moment and will require you to track and enforce through your servers and staff.
You can edit your deal by clicking the gear icon at the top right, where you can review all of your current deals and edit specific details around a live deal.
Currently email campaigns are limited to either automated “if this, then that” campaigns that get sent out depending on your subscribers activity with visiting your establishment or through manual email pushes, but soon enough we will offer A/B testing for email campaigns in a future update.
We recommend they stay active and relevant, and improving deals by grandfathering an older deal and improving the deal directly to what your customers feedback is key for the best return on investment.
No - But we do suggest engaging, detailed, specific and clearly communicated conditions and benefits so that the customers will not have concerns on what is included or not. At Endless Hour, your sales representative will assist you with your first deals.
You can always run a deal and mention in the terms that the deal is for a limited time and when the time has come you can pause, close or grandfather the deal.
