Creating an account is always free for subscribers, that being said we do not control the deals as these are hosted through the establishments that have partnered up with us. While some deals may be free, some deals may have a monetary value to be an exclusive member who can access the deals offered.

Endless Hour is live in Canada, and will soon be growing to other countries. We are starting local where we are headquartered in Vancouver, BC and we are looking forward to partner with more establishments around the globe soon.

Any smartphone that has a web browser, tablet or computer can use Endless Hour. While having internet is preferred, you can always screenshot your personal QR code to get access to deals at restaurants if need be.

While you do not need a smart phone, you will need to showcase your subscription is valid and up to date through a QR code which would be most easily shown through a smart phone.

All subscriptions are focused on creating a member exclusive experience from test menus to discounted food & drink offerings that are for restaurant like establishments. All deals are specific to the restaurant and what they choose to offer hence subscriptions may not always be specific to happy hour.

All deals are single subscriptions with no tiers. To downgrade you will be canceling your plan which we can not ensure that the restaurant will still offer this plan when you do want to return back.

Creating an account is free, while subscriptions range in price. If a subscription has a monetary cost, Endless Hour will charge a payment processing fee of $0.99 to cover hidden credit card service charges.

Yes, Endless Hour forwards our credit card payment processing charges to the subscriber meaning you will have an additional $0.99 added onto each subscription. If the subscription is $10.00, you will be charged $10.99 for example.

Automatically after your payment successfully goes through, you will then be able to access the QR code through the expanded deals page or by clicking the subscription icon at the top beside your profile / settings page.

Yes—our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy must be agreed to before you create an account. Prior to check out you will also have to agree to the terms of subscription use prior to each subscription you engage in.

No—each guest must have an individual subscription for liability and tracking.

Your notifications will be received through email, text and on our web application notifications drop down. Please update your notification preferences by going to the “notifications” section in settings to turn off some emails. Emails to confirm payment receipts and promotional emails from the restaurants you are subscribed too are specific to our system and may not always be muted / turned off.

Yes, Stripe is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, meaning they are subject to rigorous security audits and standards.
